It's been a hectic few weeks, with Halloween @ The Lawn & Tennis Club; the MOV event
on Friday, which had me DJ'ing at their exhibit entitled "Ravishing Beasts.." Taxidermy, if you didn't get the memo, is kitsch, cool and relevant now....thanks hipsters.. ;)
Of course Joey's is still going strong, with great turnouts every Tuesday with myself and DJ Leanne ( Burrard&Robson) and Thursday ( Broadway&Granville ) with yours truly...
Before that, on Oct. 21st, was the sweet surprise of going to see LTJ Bukem and MC Conrad @ Venue - liquid drum & bass legend from the U.K....who threw down a classic set that left my neck sore for a few days....( he used vinyl, too... :)
Here's a site that leaves me wanting more every time, filled with mixes, info, events, and updates from the highest calibre dj's and producers in the world, enjoy Resident Advisor!
